Construction of VOSM's new 16,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art orthopedic and sports medicine facility began September 2008 and was completed February 2009. Our facility is centrally located between Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. Our surgery suites are based on human hospital design. Our new facility includes a canine gym with an objective gait analysis system, under-water treadmills, and a therapy pool. As before our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art veterinary orthopedic and rehabilitative equipment, including advanced arthroscopic and fluoroscopic equipment essential to obtaining the best surgical outcome. We provide a warm and comfortable environment for our clients and their owners, as well as around the clock supervision and care during your pet’s hospital stay and recovery.
